We will explore the book Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath. This is a book to help every person and business owner uncover their talents. This week we will dive into the strength of Responsibility.

Normally more people devote more time to fixing their shortcomings rather than developing their strengths. This book has spent more than five years on the best seller list and has ignited a global conversation.

You can purchase the book at just about any bookstore; including Barnes & Noble right next to the Starbucks location. It is suggested that you purchase the book before you attend the event and take the online assessment that will highlight your top five strengths so that you know what strategies to implement.
