Event description

Today's meeting is all about how to LEVERAGE your expertise through creating Information Products in your business. (books, CD's, DVD's, training manuals, etc.) As 4-Hour Work Week author Tim Ferris says, information is the BEST product for creating leverage in your business!

Perhaps you can relate to one or more of these situations:

  • You want more consistent cashflow and less financial stress.

  • You'd like to make more money without working more hours.

  • You're fairly new in business and want to build credibility and establish yourself as an expert.

  • You meet prospective clients who really and truly want to hire you, but just "can't afford" your rates for private clients. (You'd love to serve them somehow, but you can't give away your time!)

  • You want an effective, automatic way to market and grow the business you already have!

Today's Coaches Coop will show you how information products (cd's, dvd's, books, workbooks, etc.) can be used by any service professional to solve ALL of those dilemmas! (We're even going to do some spur-of-the-moment "hotseats" to prove it!) Learn how to share what you know and even create automated marketing campaigns to generate a healthy second stream of income in your business!

Our guest speaker this month is Paul Galasso, a sought after business consultant and entrepreneur who has made MANY thousands of dollars with his own information products, as well as teaching others how to do the same in their businesses. Paul is an authority and experienced professional in real estate investing and private lending.

Paul is also marketing guru Dan Kennedy's regional "No B.S. Business Advisor." He hosts monthly Glazer-Kennedy Inner Circle meetings in Bellevue to help other business owners learn to use direct marketing to make more money and help more people without working more hours. Right now the GKIC is holding the "$250,000 Challenge" to develop an information business that will generate $250,000 in annual revenue.

Learn how to share what you know and even create automated marketing campaigns to generate a healthy second stream of income in your business, as well as to increase the business you already have! Paul will share real world examples and experience to demonstrate how this can be done in any business, whether you are a coach, a consultant, or an expert on caring for the elderly or quilting. (Yes, I said quilting, quilting with a Q, and I'm not making that up!) Plus, I know he's got some amazing FREE offers that you won't want to miss.

The Coaches' Cooperative meets the third Monday of the month to bring you the best information to grow your service business or private practice. We are coaches and consultants supporting each other in growing our businesses, and we welcome all service professionals to join us and network with us.

Always eager to see what my fellow information marketing colleagues are doing. There is always something to learn. Plus I get to be with some of my favorite peeps.

BTW, everyone, Richard Baum (above) has an e-Biz Junkies group on Biznik to discuss the kinds of things we're talking about Monday. he also facilitates some great programs on the topic of information marketing, such as how to make and sell cd's as an info product.

Richard, bring your hardest questions for Paul, will you!? (And if I get stuck in Denver, I'm appointing you my back-up host!)

    Hi Kate,

I can't make it to this one because I'll be doing non-profit fundraising consulting. But, I am interested in the topic. Will you be covering this topic again?

    Hi Chris,
    Sorry we'll miss you!

I don't know if/when we'll cover this topic again in the CC, but message Paul about his monthly Glazer-Kennedy meeting, as he covers aspects of this topic more in-depth on a regular basis there. Also, Richard Baum may be offering some related biznik events.

Cool stuff next month about how crucial your work environment is, with a small panel of experts offering some powerful perspectives how to suparcharge your business by changing your office!

Hi Kate, I regret that I have to cancel my RSVP for this month's event. Some deadlines loom before leaving for vacation next week (yippie!), so that's where I need to turn my attention. It looks like a great event; sorry to miss it. Catch you all at a future gathering. ~Beth
