Trash Talk and Walk

Wanna get grubby with us? Here's a great opportunity to meet some cool entrepreneurs, breathe fresh air, move your body, and at the same time beautify the city.

We'll be adopting a street for the day and picking up litter as we walk and talk with neighbors. The city will provide supplies like gloves and cherry picking tools so you don't have to touch anything!

Meet at the Delridge Community Center just off of the West Seattle Bridge (10 min. drive from down town, 15 min. from Capitol Hill). Yes, this is the same place where a band of bizniks helped to build a playground last month. A very cool neighborhood, if I do say so myself--I just bought a house here and am excited to help the community revitalize. I love my new 'hood!

We will weave between Andover and Graham streets, talking, walking and leaving no litter behind!

Wear: Not your fanciest clothes. Comfortable shoes for walking.
Bring: Water bottle, fun, upbeat energy, everything else is provided.

After our good deed, join other bizniks at Share a Pie & Toss Your Pitch at Olympia Pizza in the neighborhood you just improved. Feel free to attend either or both events!
