I've recently been thinking about the wedding-officiant (I prefer celebrant) side of my business, and how I might make a few more connections out there.... I love officiating creative weddings for creative couples....just ask Dan and Lara (biznik co-founders). I also meet plenty of future brides and grooms looking for all sorts of services.

PS--If any of you attended or had a booth at the Seattle Wedding Show on Jan 3 & 4, please drop me a note and let me know how it was for you. It was great for me, perhaps better than last year. I have about a dozen firm bookings and a few more to follow up on.

I was going to be at the Lynnwood show this past Saturday, playing a showcase at the Musician's Union booth, but wound up playing at the memorial of a friend of mine.

since I am coming from a distance, any parking tips?

While I'm not a "Wedding Professional" I am in the film industry and our paths often cross... makeup artists, catering, photographers, and the like. I'm also a bride in need of some great Wedding Pros, anybody mind if I come check out your event on both fronts?

At first I hesitated even digging deeper into this event; then, I realized many facilities and homes can spruce up their environs for a wedding with good tree care. I would also love to refer marrying friends to the group. Look forward to meeting many new folks.
