Women hold the possibility of a thriving global future in the palm of their hands and they don’t quite know it….Yet. By increasing a women’s ability to embrace the power of her influence in the world, the potency of this impact for economic, political and social reform will change the course for generations. We already see it coming.
The Women in Innovation Summit 2012 (WINS) is a one-day conference held for the very first time here in Seattle as a part of the Next 50 celebration. It will spark innovation communities for women and provide them with a channel to actively design and pursue their vision of thriving families, work places and communities.
The world needs everyone – men and women – to participate. As we design our future with each choice we make today, this summit calls on us to understand, embrace and act to create a thriving future for us all.

The Summit will bring together some 400 women leaders of all ages and from diverse backgrounds – and some brilliant men – to raise awareness about women as innovators and how women's innovativeness can be a game changer in regards to the world’s economy, environment, organizations and our wellbeing.
