Oh, I would love to hear this. A friend of mine just mentored and nurtured a Gen Y employee who sued her because she had not "given enough". It was horrendous and my friend lost and may lose all of her retirement funds.
This tale is very real for many of us....who will we hire? I would pay for a teleseminar on this subject.
