Leave this session with some closure on the past year and some anticipation, enthusiasm, and direction toward creating new business for 2009.

Work with a sales effectivness coach to begin a 2009 sales plan to measure and reward your results. We'll use Asset-Based Thinking(TM) plus some tried-and-true tools for measuring increases in revenues.

The goal is that you will be more excited about the next year of your growing business.

This session is perfect for veteran entrepreneurs - no matter how long in business - there are often ways to improve.
