Hi Jamie,
If I could give one word of advise, in regards to your inquiry, it would have to be diversity.
Staying diverse in your talents will keep your prospects coming back to you time and time again. All to often I find myself having to create entire campaigns across mediums, and when I am looking for a freelancer, first thing I consider is the diversity.
In your off time, pick up some other skills in the design software of your choice. If you are an Adobe person, venture into some of the other programs that are being used the most within the industry. That way when an agency comes to you and says...I have a client that wants a campaign that covers direct mail, a viral video and some optimization, you can say..Got it, its done.

Hello - I am trying to focus my marketing more to the needs of the clients I want to work with. Namely, ad agencies.
so, please, can you let me know what your needs and desires are while hiring a creative freelancer?
When do you look for a creative freelancer?
What prompts you to hire one freelancer over another?
How do you find creative freelancers?
What issues do you face in your professional life that you would expect a creative freelancer to be able to help with?
Your feedback is greatly appreciated! Jamie
