A customer service mindset is my most valuable asset, above and beyond my design skills and strategic abilities. Without customer service, I could be the best designer in the world and still have dissatisfied clients. Listening and giving them what they need is key.

As a business professional what is your most important skill?
What professional skill adds the MOST VALUE for you? (not what are you best at!)
Is this something that you learned at a school, or that you taught yourself?
Is this a hard skill (HTML programming, business analytics, etc...), or a soft skill (communication, creativity, etc..)?
How did you develop this skill? How has this skill improved the quality of your life?
Peace.

Communication and connecting with people to listen and communicate clearly. It is something I work on improving continuously. How to develop? For me, practice, practice, practice.
