Two more places come to mind:
- In Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, Lighthouse Coffee, 400 N 43rd.
- In Pioneer Square, there's a board in the coffee shop below Elliott Bay Books that's pretty active.
Hey all,
I've been posting business cards (and sometimes flyers) on various community bulletin boards, with some good resulting exposure/contacts. However, I only really know about (and thus am posting to) the boards within my own little Seattle orbit. Do you know about other community boards that I could target? Maybe other people also use this form of marketing... and we could compile a big list of community boards that are open for posting...?
I'll start:
PCCs (everywhere) Madison Market Capitol Hill, on 15th: -Rainbow Grocery -Dance Underground -Victrola Essential Bakery in Madison Valley Zoka Cafe in GreenLake
Also, if your workplace has a board that you'd be willing to post my flyer to, please let me know -- I'd be very grateful!
Thanks everybody!

Hey there all.
Great post Gwen. Those message boards may not be the best marketing, but it surely is a good way to promote yourself in those small communities that have the boards.
On that note, I'd like to add one more, because I'll be putting one up on 15th in front of Liberty, and I'll post here when I get that thing up.
I wonder if the city will mind? Ha.

Hi Gwen!
I have a list of all the boards in Seattle :)
I'd be glad to share it with you...

Gwen. I teach classes on 15th Ave on Capitol Hill. There are plenty of boards there. The best one is right in the place where I teach. It's at Dance Underground 340 15th Ave E.. It's right below the Bagel Deli. If you were entering the building, the board is on your left. Lots of people look at that board. Jessie
Cafe Ladro in West Seattle has one... Jess
