Subscribe to Indie Biz Q&A Company Registration/Filing Transfer?

I'm in the process of moving to San Francisco and need to figure out how to "re-file" my company. According to IL law you must either reside in IL or have a locally registered agent. I would much rather just transfer my company to CA but can't seem to sort out the paperwork. Although I'm not opposed to using an agent, I would rather do it myself. Has anyone come across any good 'how to articles' that might be worth a read?

    Not sure about all the paperwork details, but I think one key element is a Cali address. I have a few companies with similar situations who're using our address at Sandbox Suites in San Francisco as their virtual office. Let me know if you're in need of that.

    Thanks Sasha - I've actually been meaning to stop by your Sandbox as it's in my neighborhood and have been considering a workspace.
