Try Audacity. It's a free and fairly full featured audio editing program.

How do I edit audio clips?
Hi there,
I've been recording presentations and phone calls using audioacrobat.com -- and I'm wondering if anyone can provide insight on how to edit these audio files.
Basically, I want to take out parts and put the rest back together. Or I want to cut off the beginning or cut off the end.
Does anyone know how I can do this? A basic audio editing program or an online service?
Thanks very much! Deidre

I second Richard's recommendation of Audacity. In addition to editing your bloopers, you can edit out hiss or other ambient noise. You can even import and layer on music or a sound track of office or traffic noise.
This forum is unmoderated, but please keep discussion courteous and not too far off topic.
