I have been using "constant contact" for my newsletter. I find it a little bit easier to navigate.
They also have reps available for free to help with questions.
I don't know if Icontact does that as well. I would think so. I'd try that route first!
Good luck!
I Contact - Help!
I am looking for help for my assistant who is putting together my newsletter. It's on IContact. She is having a really hard time with the set-up, the alignment, etc... Is there someone out there who I can have my assistant speak with? This is sooooooo way over my head.
I would love to get my newsletter out this century :>)
Thank you!

Thanks Kristine. I've called IContact's support team and they were no help at all. He told me my newsletter was too complicated/web-based for their basic email system. We were able to get it out once in March but through a lot of stress and frustration.

I can't help you but I can offer support. I know two other people who had similar problems and finally switched to Aweber. I use Aweber for mine and it is very simple and they have excellent customer support.
