Subscribe to Indie Biz Q&A I Contact - Help!

I am looking for help for my assistant who is putting together my newsletter. It's on IContact. She is having a really hard time with the set-up, the alignment, etc... Is there someone out there who I can have my assistant speak with? This is sooooooo way over my head.

I would love to get my newsletter out this century :>)

Thank you!

I have been using "constant contact" for my newsletter. I find it a little bit easier to navigate. They also have reps available for free to help with questions.
I don't know if Icontact does that as well. I would think so. I'd try that route first! Good luck!

Thanks Kristine. I've called IContact's support team and they were no help at all. He told me my newsletter was too complicated/web-based for their basic email system. We were able to get it out once in March but through a lot of stress and frustration.

I can't help you but I can offer support. I know two other people who had similar problems and finally switched to Aweber. I use Aweber for mine and it is very simple and they have excellent customer support.
