How about Youngstown Cultural Arts Center? They have a number of classrooms you can rent that fit your size requirement. Here's a link to more description: http://youngstownarts.org/rentals.
I Need classroom for rent this Sat 23rd
Help! I have a class of 13 folks scheduled for this Sat. the 23rd (all day) and no place to hold it. Needs a small conference room. This class was scheduled at Discover U and they are now out of business as of last week. Can somebody suggest a place? Nothing fancy, not making much money on this.

Craig,
You may want to let everyone know what your preferences & needs are so we can help best. Do you want a Seattle or Eastside spot? Do you need any equipment or would an easel with paper do? Would a private room at a restaurant do? Stuff like that. Best of luck.

We have a teaching space at Arcania Wellness Center on Capital Hill available as well. Contact me for more details.

I second the Youngstown recommendation.
(Does anyone else notice that Dan has useful comments for about 80% of the general posts?)
Youngstown is a beautiful refurbished old schoolhouse that is created for many uses, including needs like yours.
Cheers

Another place we use all the time for Biznik events is Office Nomads on Capitol Hill. The have space for up to 50 people, and 3 individual conference rooms that hold from 6 to 12 people are also available for smaller events. Contact Jacob Sayles to find out more about renting the space, which I believe is $25/hr.

Another place to consider is the Ballard Odd Fellows hall at 17th and Market St. They have 2 halls with room for 50 or 150. They can be reached at (206)782-9646.
