Lap Top Projector needed

I am hosting a foreign teacher for a 3 day course. Everything is set.
And I found out that we now need a projector for the power point presentation.
I know that there are places to rent projectors in town, but it will likely be pricey for the 3 days. We are trying to keep the expenses down, as this endeavor is a not for profit function.

Any ideas?

I will only need an item like this one time per year, at most, for future expense planning.
