Subscribe to Indie Biz Q&A Local facilities for computer training?

I'm trying to get a Ruby class together here in Seattle with a trainer from Colorado. Does anybody know of a local facility that could be used for this, given a class size of 6-8 students?

Michael, if you locate a place, please let me know! I'm also looking for a classroom - preferably with a wireless network so people could bring their own laptops.

Depending on how much (if anything) you wanted to spend, MyDayOffice has some nice conference rooms.

A better choice, if they'd be up for it would be Office Nomads. They have a conference room that can handle 8 people pretty easily. You'd need to talk about the logistics with them, but they seemed pretty cool when I checked them out a couple weeks ago.

Michael... My Day Office is my day office and I highly recommend it. The class room is very nicely equiped for what you want and the place is "first class".

BTW, it's been awhile since we chatted, let me know if you want to visit someday and I'll meet you there. ...Howard

    Daniel/Howard,

Thanks for the information on officenomads & mydayoffice. I'm going to give the links to the trainer I'm talking to, and have him do the leg work & see if it would work out.

Howard.. We should get together. I spend 3 days a week @ our office in the Westin, 2-3 days a week at Zoka, and one at home.. I've got my head down (for the most part) this week while ramping up for a pretty intense project, but starting next week I'm going to be a bit more available (and insane with 2 employees starting full-time!)
