Subscribe to Indie Biz Q&A Seeking good web meeting software

One of our customers is looking for both webinar and web meeting software. There is money available, but they are not tech savvy, so it needs to be intuitive software. Any suggestions?

Adobe Acrobat Connect is nice. I think it is about $39.95 a month. I used it for a few VA training courses. It's also pretty user-friendly and is very easy to set up...plus there's no download for participants.

TalkShoe.com is free, good for online conference calls. Just tried it out yesterday.... you can also record the conversation/meeting for free.

Google released their new app Google Presentation, although it needs further testing/development. However, you can create a presentation, share, invite others, publish it and meet up. One person is the presenter, the audience follows and can see everything they're doing. Simultaneous chatting is available on this interface.

Kevin Selkowitz could also give you some good advice based on what exactly your client needs to do with the software.

I'd look at gotowebinar - you can host unlimited webinars up to 1000 attendees for just $99/mo. Audio conferencing is included as well, the number is long distance, but you can offer toll free as well for additional cost.
