folks below is a question that was posted on Linkedin around 1PM EST. by Everett Butler. I thought someone in the Seattle community might be interested. Can anyone recommend a cost-effective internet design person to make some changes to an existing website for a small Seattle based company? I am searching for independent internet design people with low overhead and the ability to make a few small functional changes to an existing website.
