Subscribe to About Biznik Groups?

Any word on the groups section yet? I am a member of the networking group BizBuilders we meet on a regular basis to build relationship or time and help each other to improve our business skills and mindset. Dan had mentioned a possible future section for groups like these to talk about what they do and let others in how we can all help each other.

Maybe a message section just for groups and other events. This way it would be confined to one area.

Hi Jonathan, Groups have been on our to-do list for over a year, and unfortunately have been delayed by other priorities. We know they are important, and we're working on them, so hang in there!

I'm looking forward to that as well, Jonathan. I've been a member of the Downtown Bellevue LeTip group for 7 years now & would love to find a spot to feature it. I've been hesitant to post it on the events page because I'm not sure how Dan & Lara feel about other networking groups.

Perhaps for now we can use your post as a platform.

If anyone wants to take a peek at my group of 30+ members we can be found at

http://www.letipbellevue.com (I can never get the hyperlinks to work here)

Our average member brought in over $22,000 in sales or commissions last year from the group's business leads.

Hi Jeff, As collaborative as we are, we do reserve the Biznik events calendar for Biznik events only. Biznik is not a free listing service for other organization's events (although we'll be happy to talk to you about buying an ad!)

Are there different prices for ads?

Hi, I'd like to be notified as well when groups are available. I belong to a B2B group in Bellevue and we have about 8 members. We would like to grow to 12-15. Is there an appropriate place to list this until groups are done? I don't want to put anything out there if it isn't allowed.

Thanks and thanks for biznik, it's perfect for us entrpreneurs. I love it.

Karen... Although outside groups are not allowed to post Events on Biznik, indies are members of other groups (i.e.: biz and social networks, nationalities and religions, local communities like Duvall) and we also enjoy meeting outside of the Biznik community.

Drop me a note about your group. I may be interested. I'll bet you we could even find about 10 biznik members in Duvall to form our own Biznik group. ...Howard

Thanks Howard, I replied to you on your email address in more detail. Dan, I saw the information about the event listings. I am a professional speaker and am asked to speak at various group events on Marketing, like Chambers, business events, etc...many of them are open to the public not just membership. Is there a place that I could post those?

Thanks for answering all these questions to a newbie.
