Despite what is going on around us......We all know it isn't as bad as the media says it is. I would love to start a forum on Biznik where we can share all the great things that are happening for fellow bizniks alike. From exciting new loan programs, rates, etc, to sales, open houses etc, lets share, compare and dare to change this market that so many believe is doomed!

    I read in the paper that the real estate market is turning to poop. Values in coastal Califonia, Las Vegas, Phoexix, and Florida are down double digits. I am rooting for the Seattle real estate market to go way, way down rather than simply slow down. I pray for a real estate depression so at some point I can purchase a condo in a not so nice Seattle ara. As a one person household that earns less than six figures I will never be able to buy a house in a neighborhood I want to live in Seattle. This will not happen so I am doomed to be a renter.
