Google's New Look!

Have you seen Google's new look [themes]?

It seems that they want to be more graphically appealing, similar to what ASK.com has been doing.

What do you think? Like it?

Yes, I have seen Google's new look and I thought I was on a dummy page...it threw me off a little. However, I do like it. I am a big fan of change. I have to admit I have never been to ASK.com.

I think the Google themes is something of a distraction, customization of some areas just draws out the choice of artists... and personalization could lead to a quick "Myspacing" of Google where everything looks like a slap against my creative side.

In online design and usability, sometimes what you don't know really can hurt you! I would hate to see the functionality of a site suffer from bad graphical themes, and some of the templates already become hard to interpret information with.
