The Wordpress community has released WordPress 2.5

To all the fellow Bizniks who use WordPress, the WordPress community has released WordPress 2.5 There are number of significant improvement in this release. Now users have option to upload multiple files, one click plugin update, customizable dashboard, built-in galleries, media library, cookie encryption, full screen writing and search for posts and pages.There are many more new features for both developers and users.

Don't go out and sign-up just yet.... Wordpress is famous for releasing "buggy" versions (they may take after Microsoft!)

In addition- most plugins and add-ons are 1-3 months behind the Wordpress change. So if you have any "must have" plugins, check to make sure they work with 2.5.

2nd note- Make sure you back-up your database before updating. No one likes to lose their entire site when they upgrade!

Is it okay to skip the upgrades? I'm not thrilled about risking my blogs...
