WORLD DANCE SHOWCASE! - This Sunday (9/7)

Last month's WORLD DANCE SHOWCASE was powerful. It featured Simone (contemporary dance, singer/songwriter) and Delilah (belly dance w/HOUSE OF TARAB's Erik Brown and Sallah Ali).....and you with your stadium applause!

Now we're going to bring some serious HEAT into September (since the weather can't get it done) with SALSA--Cuban Style, by Jennifer & Alfredo and TURKISH GYPSY ROMANY and TURKISH BELLY DANCE by Gigi Gulhan. These dynamite performers bring you dance close to their hearts -- from their homeland.

In the spirit of an open-mike, this monthly gathering also offers world dancers and musicians an opportunity for networking and professional development.

Dance soloists, duets, and groups are invited to request a guest performance spot (8 minutes max), by emailing planetsuzanna@gmail.com, indicating preferred month, musical accompaniment (CD, live musician), and a 1-4 word description of the style to be performed. For booking consideration as a headliner act (25+ minutes), email with your website, online video, background, etc, and proposed style(s) to be performed.
