Subscribe to Coffee Break You can't be kind of pregnant...which is it?

One of the blogs I read suggested that there are certain things in life that inspire folks to make a steadfast stance either for or in opposition. The logic is often fuzzy, but it seems like every fiber of one’s being is involved:

cilantro
reproductive choice
the pronunciation of the word caramel
the designated hitter
clowns
blackberry pearl

What do you stand firm on?

As a cilantro side line...I heard recently that people either have the gene to looovee cilantro or they have the gene to hate it. I agree, cilantro is something that people love or hate...and the gene explanation, I believe, I heard it from Rachel Ray. And I have to admit, I am one of the few people that is indifferent to Rachel Ray. Yes, most people really like her or really don't.

Cilantro - for the record...I looove it Beer - I think that's one that people love or hate. I hate it and I am from Milwaukee...sacrilegious, I know!

    Ah, a question about polarization.

Oprah (I'm in the minority here) Dr. Phil Hilary Clinton Clowns, indeed (I'm doing a magazine story on the Seafair Clowns right now) Speed networking The death penalty Steve Colbert (The Colbert Report) Bill O-Reilly Jim Carrey Oysters

Oh, I could go on and on.

I'm with Nancy on Rachel Ray. I can take her or leave her.
