Who else is from the West Seattle area?

I'm thinking of putting together a happy hour so we can get something going over here. There's a lot of new energy in Sustainable West Seattle, and the Chamber of Commerce is working on Sustainability and Localism issues now too.

Post here or give me a shout on email. If I think there's critical mass, I'll put something together for late June.

cheers, @brian

I'm (happily) in West Seattle and might be up for such a thing.

    Hi Brian,

I live in Columbia City, so it would be easy for me to come to West-Seattle.

OK, I'm going to set something up for Friday June 29. Even if only a cuple people show up, it's a start.

I've just co-founded Sustainable West Seattle (http://sustainablewestseattle.org) with a friend (Bill Reiswig), and we've had a lot of interest in figuring out how West Seattle can foster more locally-based economic development.

I suspect Biznik will end up playing an interesting role in that effort.

Repost, the blog reformatted that url so that it wouldn't work.
