Well it is not an event per se, but I will be spending the day marshalling the troops at Bizi Bee Flowers. Heather says that I might get to use a bull horn. If you are free I am certain they could use the person-power.
Events on Valentine's Day
Has anyone noticed that their are no events on Valentine's Day? I guess the lonely and single must sit at home alone on that day. Art T.

Not on here but on other sites there are a ton of events! Personally, I'll be home with my 3 favorite boys anyway--Loki, Atasi and Wolf. Furry love is THE best love there is!

Arthur, no need to feel sorry for yourself. Valentine's Day is a sad excuse for a "holiday" where all people who are willing, get taken advantage of by mass media. You and your wallet are probably safer at home anyway...

I guess I just like going out on nights like Valentine's. Everyone is dressed up; love is in the air. Art T.

Thanks for bringing this topic up. I think there are a few things to do on Valentines if you are single this year..more so than ever before. So you can celebrate your "singleness" and go out with! Here is a link to my website which lists some Valentine ideas for singles or couples. http://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/eastsideuptown/ One year, when I was single, I went out country line dancing at the Little Red Hen in Green Lake. Most of the dancers just show up and dance with whomever. There's also free salsa dancing lessons on Thursday nights at the Vertigo Lounge in Bellevue with dancing afterwards. Lots of singles.

How about sending a Valentine's message to your loved one!
Check out the Valentine's Messages page at MetroBellevue.com and send a short and sweet message to your sweetheart, beloved, mother, father, daughter, son, etc., and let your loved one feel really special and express how precious the person is to you.

Ah. Valentine antics in Seattle with Circus Contraption and Theo Chocolates. Love. Chocolate. And Sequins.
