Would you consider offering pay-per-use? Many home based bz owners probably don't need a dedicated daily office but a pay-per-use would come handy.

I am looking into leasing an office suite in downtown Bellevue. The space will have 5 offices, a large reception area, conference room, kitchen, and free parking for you and your clients. I will be subleasing 3 of the offices - either together or separately. The office is in the core downtown Bellevue area (off 108th and NE 8th). Thanks. I did consider that but the overhead for that kind of a program would be tough -- plus I need to have the rent committed since I can't afford the entire space myself.
Appreciate your comment... and you're right. There's a big need for day offices such as The Village in Bellevue or HQ/Regus. Check into those if you haven't already.
