Subscribe to Community-wide general discussion Help! Someone is spamming me/outlook express help

The last couple of days Ive been receiving spam email from this one company/person....having to do with gold (eyes rolling)... I just delete it. Now it appears this same person/website is spamming me with my own product!

I dont really want to post publicly what the email says in case it contains sensitive material (that more spammers can use!)

Im using outlook express... how do I block them from reaching my inbox???

some webhosts will let you blacklist emails or domains - if this is available and how its setup is unfortunately very different at each host.

Here's how I get rid of persistant SPAM. *Click on the icon for "create rules" (file with the letter being deposited in it) on the toolbar. Or go to Actions menu and select it. *make a rule that any email containing "these words" (use key words and funny spellings from the emails) goes into the spam folder. *make rule active with current contents of the In Box *you should see the offending emails go away.

If you have the latest version of Outlook you can also click the red letter with an x through it icon in the upper left to flag that email as spam and Outlook will dump anything received from that address automatically.

    Good luck. SPAM sucks!
