Subscribe to Community-wide general discussion Help...CRM needed

I need a CRM I can use for my ROHRS Team (REO Open House Realtor Squad)

I need to have the ability to have multiple users who have access to all their clients but only their clients. I would need administrator right to the CRM.

Anyone who might have or know or a CRM I could use please let me know.

Hi Shane, Our product DataPlace can be configured as a customized, secure, automatically backed-up solution that also allows you to work with your information offline and is fully supported 24/7 for free. I'd need to hear more about how your business operations and the exact business problem you are trying to solve to ensure this is a good fit. Please contact me and I can answer any questions you may have and help you decide if this is a viable option. Kind regards, Amanda Hammond

I'm currently using Zoho CRM to manage Biznik's Ambassador Program. You'll need to spend some time customizing it for your application, but that's true of most solutions, and Zoho's pretty easy to adapt. Others which look useful include Entellium Rave and Relenta. Zoho is free up to three users and reasonably priced over that. The others require monthly fees. One free open-source option is CiviCRM, just released in a standalone version. And I've never used or looked into it, but SugarCRM is pretty widely adopted.

One advantage it sounds like Amanda's product has over these is the ability to work on and offline. I believe Rave also does this, but I'm not completely sure. Plus, Amanda's right here.

Good luck! Let us know what you come up with.

Hi shane, I know you are looking into a CRM. I just thought I would drop a line or two towards you. Have you ever heard of Itelecenter? Many real estate and brokerages are using it to send clients in conection with the right people. Also you can put listing on the system so people can call in and get the listings. The great thing is the clients call in with a 800 # and it dosen't cost you any extra. Free for both ends. There are so many features and things you can do with the system I can't list them all.

Let me know if this sounds like something you would be interested in or at least a demo of it.

Hey Joe, I've been wanting to use Zoho --but when I try to import contacts from Mac address book (ical), it doesn't seem to recognize them (even after I map all the fields). Any thoughts? -Leif

Not being a Mac user (yet!), the best advice I can offer is to try exporting your data to several different formats. When I try that (with almost any app), there's usually one that'll work, and it's not always the one you'd expect. Try using Excel to convert it.

I've been using Freecrm.com for awhile now and have found it consistently capable.

I've recently begun using Highrise and have so far been impressed with just the free version. If you want more security and more users, the fees are pretty reasonable. The creators, 37signals are known for their easy to use, simple and sleek interfaces.
