I NEED my Network!!
Dear Fellow Bizniks- I'm a Sr. Copywriter/Idea Generator and I'm new in town. I’ve made a hit list of companies I’d like to check out. It’s a struggle, because so many online inquiries and applications go straight to the unseen bin. I have a small but cherished number of friends to introduce me to insiders (the only way to get attention!) So I’m turning to my network of Biznik friends to find someone who knows anyone in any of the companies listed below:

Wild idea. I hear that Zillow is behind Avvo. Avvo.com rates attorneys. One piece of their rating is based on articles published. I wonder if there is some way for you to pitch to attorneys that you will write articles for them, now that being published is directly linked (through Avvo) to attorneys generating new business ...

Leila- You're a doll. Let me know what you can find out about Zillow. Real Estate right now sounds like a temporary job, but I know they have a reputation for treating people well. And I'm willing to look into the Avvo option, though writing for lawyers might be a bit dry for my skill set. But I'm game for all kinds of investigation.

Hi Barry. Unfortunately, I'm in CA now and will miss Bizjam this year. It was very good last year and I'm sorry to miss this year. But a vacation is so goo for the soul....
Do you have a contact name at Entellium? What do you suggest since I won't be at Bizjam?
