Just came across yet another helpful tool: Web Marketing SEO Tool

I really liked this one... Helps to gain perspective.

I downloaded the plugin for Mozilla but it doesn't seem to be operating properly. When I searched all of the data that was supposed to be displayed had question marks... as if there was no data...

Bob, have you tried it? What are your results?

OK- I downloaded it and it works now but I haven't a clue as to the benefit to me (haha.) Can you give me a few quick and easy uses in 3rd grade language? Thanks.

Let's say for example you'd like to do some research on your competition. So you go to Google and search under "portland business coaches". The plugin will show you details on WHY those results were returned. There are many facets to SEO and one can never be 100% sure as to why Company A showed up over Company B. However, the information this tool provides can help you to better understand what you can do on your website to return hire search results.

Take a look at the linked page and scroll down to SEO for Firefox Extension Features. This quickly outlines the items it displays when returning search results. Most of those items figure into your websites "searchabilty" and rank.

It might benefit you to contact your web manager and/or a reputable SEO expert like Barry Hurd to find out more on native search results and how to get hire rankings.
