Subscribe to Community-wide general discussion looking for a mortgage broker

...that's right folks. One that is paid by the client (lendee) only, for the service of mortgage search, and not paid by the lender in addition.

Can anyone recommend such a person?

Does such a person exist on Biznik?

    I will be happy to help you. Our company is not in the practice of getting paid by the lender. If any funds are paid by the lender to our company we give that to the borrower. You don't have to trust me, it will be writing and included on your loan docs.
