I would say the foundation for it is a combination of nutrition, a healthy spiritual practice, proper sleep, exercise, a healthy sex life, and a consistent routine.

Mind-Body
I want to get everyone in the world to get talking about an integrative approach to health that includes the mind and body. I am a Mental Health Counselor, and much of my work involves working with clients to create wellness in their life, not just mental, but physica and spiritual as well.
I came accross this interview with Dr. Andrew Weil this morning and I thought I would share it because it speaks to the topic that I value so much:
