Depends on the level of fame. Weird Al levels where you can still go to the Supermarket and not get assaulted? Yes.

Brad Pitt or Britney Spear? Hell no.

I'm all about the money, though.

I just want to pay the bills, sell to those that need it and know that our business name has the ability to get us enough orders to call the business a success.

    Fame - don't need it.

I wouldn't mind being known for the good I have done (or I am doing) and be known as someone inspirational to others. I don't care about being famous for the sake of being famous. I don't care for too much money either. Just enough to live comfortably. Who needs a 10 million dollar island or a $15 thousand dollar couch? I think too much money or fame changes people in a way that it's hard to know who you really are in your core. I have a hard time handling myself the way I am (fameless and all)!!! :)))

At the end of the day, you're no one. And I mean that in the most loving way. It is the most freeing thing in the world to realize you are no one. Because in realizing this, you remember yourself. That you never needed anyone or anything to make you feel worthy. That is true power. That is your essence. As you come to realize that you are simply attaching to ideas of money, fame and a name to validate that you ARE someone, you find yourself. And finding yourself is eternal, not impermanent. THEN, you become someone. But only when you release "being someone" who needs things and people to validate you. Things and other people's opinions are impermanent, they change, so there is never any lasting joy or fulfillment in them. You see, if these things were enough for you, most likely, you wouldn't be here, looking for more validation that they are enough. Because in your deepest nature, you know they have nothing to do with who you are in the world. They are coverings, masking you from your true nature. You are enough, without attaching to your ideas and beliefs about money and fame. These things are what they are, you make them important or not important to you. You have that power.

You are the one you have been longing for, not these things you identify yourself with.
