Name Secure - How in the h*ll do you transfer domain?
Ive been very frustrated with Name Secure for over a week.
They have no contact information (that I can find) whatsoever on their website other than a form to fill out. It takes them well over 48 hours to get back to you and the reply is a 'form' reply...not a personal one.
As of today, they still have not answered my question!
I sold a domain name so I went into my account and changed the contact information etc to reflect the new owner. I did not change the server info because at the moment I dont know what hers is (this url is going to be a redirect).
Im assuming she will now have to create a Name Secure account but how do I actually get this domain out of my account and into hers????
Money has been paid so I feel responsible to get this taken care of asap.
I have once again emailed Name Secure but its going to take them until early next week to get back to me.... something I find totally irritating.... I would prefer a phone number so they can talk me through the process!!!
Any suggestions?

Oh man good luck. I once had to call up their CTO at 3am to get them to fix something, and it took me several hours of creative social engineering to actually find out names of real people who worked there.
Namesecure has been in my **list for 8 years now.

You might want to consider eating the cash and joining up with Pair.com. I have never had a problem with Pair and they are excellent with customer service. You should check them out!

I love GoDaddy.com for managing my domain names. They are great to work with and real people answer the phones. I transferred all of my domain names there and they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Miles

Well I will certainly never recommend Name Secure. They never did help me. Its been 5 days and they still have not responded to my open ticket request. We did finaly figure out how to transfer the domain over to the new owner via the new owners registrar. It is beyond my comprehension how Name Secure can be a business, have a recorded message stating they do not do business via the phone and you have to submit via email/ticket, then never answer your ticket or help you in any way.
