Hi- One of my clients is having a big event in May- a luncheon and building dedication. We are expecting 150 people and need a caterer. It will be buffet style and we are looking for someone who can do the whole catering package- staff, food, set up etc. We are thinking "industrial chic" as a theme due to the building design. There will be lots of interesting people there- the Governor, the Mayor, a couple Senators etc so we are looking for a VERY PROFESSIONAL crew. If anyone knows anyone that might be interested please let me know. Thanks!

    Jay DeLong at Canape Specialty Chef Services is absolutely wonderful. His food is delicious, his presentation is terrific and he is incredibly professional.

    I cannot recommend him highly enough.

    E C Catering has over 35 years of restaurant experience. Chef Erik Cannella was one of the founding members of Matt's in the Market. He has been featured in the New York Times, Bon Appetit, and Gourmet magazine.

    I recommend Pravda Studios for a location.

    I wish I could recommend someone for such a large event. Sounds like it's going to be fantastic and decor sounds like it will be stunning..oh how my imagination runs wild!

    I recently attended a meeting catered by That Brown Girl Catering. Fabulous food, including lots of vegetarian options. Check with Kristi to see about her capabilities for a big event.
