Subscribe to Community-wide general discussion Need a tech-geek in Denver, CO . . . anyone know anyone?

I have a client in Denver who is woefully behind in her tech set up . . . the computers are not networked, they don't back up regularly and they have trouble scanning . . . does anyone know a tech consultant in the area who could go help them? Paid, of course . . .

I don't know about any single person but they should check with the Geek Squad from Best Buy.

As far as backups are concerned they should check out Mozy or Carbonite. They are online back up services and for a small fee per month (under $5) they will back your entire hard disk, regardless of size. Another great thing is you can then access this data anywhere using the Internet.

Nathaniel Quintana has been working hard to get the Biznik community up and running in Denver. You could check with him and see if he knows someone that can help out.

Also, if I search the Denver Biznik Community for IT Services I come up with Tracy Fox of ForeSight consulting.

When you do find someone for your client, make sure you tell the geek to join Biznik! It looks like there is a need for geeks in your area, and they would be one of the only ones listed on Biznik...
