Subscribe to Community-wide general discussion Perfect Location???

We are looking for a location where we can host an event for 60-80 people with food and drinks. It would be better if it's a restaurant. Parking availability in the neighborhood would be a huge plus [can anyone argue with that? :)] .

Any suggestions?

On Silver Lake in Everett, has a great place overlooking Silver Lake. It does not have a resturant but hosts weddings, superbowl games, etc... with a full kitchen. They have caterers or you can BBQ outside or potluck.

Starting in August, Dan, Lara and myself :) will be hosting a monthly Supporting Member event. It will be at Twist. A GREAT location in Bell Town. There is also Barca and Grey, both in Capt. Hill with good food, drink and capacity.

The Lake Union Cafe is great for our monthly Puget Sound Research Forum events. They aren't open as a regular restaurant, but just for catered events. I think the capacity fits your requirements. Food is great. And there is parking.

I attended a nice wine tasting event at the Lakeside on North Lake Union.

The food and service was great. The space is very open with lots of natural light and a beautiful city view.

I didn't have a problem with the parking, but it is a little sketchy.

Any of the Embassy Suites are nice and their atriums make a nice place to mingle.
