Subscribe to Community-wide general discussion Planning to start out on my own

I plan to start a business in an years time, Im writing out a business plan and trying to get some sort of an idea of the feasibility. I have a bunch of ideas that I am playing out in my head, one of these would hopefully develop into a product offering that I will eventually implement. Before I actually put it all in practice, I feel I should read about other people's experience with starting out on their own.

    Welcome Yash,

Your dedication to the idea of entrepreneurialship is the most important.

There may me highs and lows along the road. Be prepared by simply being aware that it happens.

Be willing to spend the time it takes.

Good organizational skills, patience and stick-to-itiveness pays off.

Congratulations Yash! What a great idea to bounce ideas off of other entrepreneurs as you begin. My experience has been to have a few balls in the air in terms of great business ideas at any given time. I'm always brainstorming these ideas with others AND vetting them through a solid business model with a rigorous financial analysis.

I also appreciate the many Biznik forums to do both of these, especially the mastermind ones. Also, I invite you to check out our monthly Putting Passions into Action groups, where we support each other in launching new products and services

    Best wishes!
