Hi Jacob,
I may have a future interest in being an office Nomad with you all. In the meantime, I'm wondering if you will be renting out conference room space at an hourly rate if/when you secure a building.
There is a great space available in Ballard with easy bus access, ample parking, and within walking distance of almost everything.

We are going to combine our weekly happy hour next week with a tour of the space. Happy hour starts at 5 at Bad Albert's just one block away. At 6 the manager will let us in and show us around. Then back to Bad Albert's to discuss. Full details on the website.
Let me know how you feel about the space. I'll also be at Revolutions Coffee all day tomorrow for Coworking Day if anyone wants to discuss this in person.

Yes, that's the idea once we get up and running. First I need to find 20 people to commit to this space so I can secure the lease and get a business loan.
There is another space on Capital Hill. It's smaller, 5500sqft vs 7500sqft, but the numbers add up to be about the same cost.

It's the age old debate: Capital Hill vs Ballard.
