Subscribe to Community-wide general discussion Someone asked me....

about my Bicycle Event. They ask if their area fit this event. Thinking about this, I realize that many here may not understand whom this Event is pitched to.

As to Web Designers, Webmasters, Web Hosts, we all know whom we are working with and what they can do here. The Bicycle Market uses the web in as many ways as you can imagine and then some. Any kind of search can introduce you to many sites locally, across the country. Etc. If you create for the Web, would this be a market you could use?

During Events such as the Seattle to Portland ride, there are Wellness Stations at key points where a rider can get a massage. Some are trained. Some are not. Some do it in one day, most in 2 days. There are races at the Marymoor Veladrome. The Cascade Bicycle Club lists many Events and Activities where a Health and Wellness member could again open a market opportunity.

But how do you break in and build opportunity in the market? This is where I decided the best way to talk about this is at a local bicycle shop. Between my business partner and I, we have opened markets that no one thought we could and then a few we never even imagined. We want to share our adventure in marketing terms, and then show how you can get into this market with your business.

I hope this clears up any questions members had. If you still have a question, don't hesitate to contact me directly
