I was just going to start a blog on letting the public know the ways your company goes the extra mile. I think of it as value added service that you automatically provide but may fail to mention. I realized that there were benefits I was providing, but that were not being promoted. I came up with the following list which I added to my websites (http://www.VerbalAbuseWorkbook.com) (http://www.CircleOfHealing.com) Sliding Scale Fee Emails and Phone Calls between Sessions Flexible Hours File Review Research on Relevant Information & Resources Consultation with other Professionals Referrals Free Newsletter

    Cheers!

My business is centered around value to the consumer. Literally thousands of dollars can be saved by using my agency not to mention the fact that we utilize all 4 GDS systems to cull the very best (lowest) pricing anywhere! On the business owner side it is fantastic to be involved with a company that offers world class tools and support along with the best in profit opportunity! I am excited and pleased to share this with you. When you hire me as your decorator aka Interior Spaces therapist, you get not only me but referral access to my entire network of people. I know just about someone who does everything. I love to connect people with what they need. Makes life so much easier!

As I am forming relationships with my clients, I get to learn a lot about their lives. It's not uncommon to refer one of them to one of you for a need in their life.

When a project completes, I provide an after care basket to help them take care of their homes and offices post-transformation. This is another way that I wrap colleagues into projects as well - by providing referrals to and gifts from them in the baskets. It's like networking stealth-style!

Of course, there is the obvious specializing in green interiors therapy bit. Green without sacrifice to style, color or wallet!

    Specific niches are:
singles looking for love, usually bachelors couples merging homes or renewing their relationship * small business owners just starting, changing/expanding locations or looking for a refresher/pick me up in their business.

I'm working on another complimentary angle or two - but those are top secret for now as I do research and development!

There are literally thousands of other real estate agents in Washington so differentiation is critical. In general, most agents charge the same fee...but the range of service varries dramatically. As my standard package, I pay for professional photos, professional cleaning of the house before listing, professionally printed marketing materials for inside and to mail to the neighborhood and half a day of handyman service to fix things as needed. For a small additional fee, I'll coordinate and pay for landscapers to clean up the property; split the cost of a home stager and pay for a full day of handyman service. How many Realtors offer that? www.PhilGreely.com

Business models. We focus on one idea.... Include everything. I would love to sell car dealers on this model. Go in with 15000.00 car in mind and walk out paying 23999.00 is not the way to get repeat business. But price it with the extras included like the scotch guard, extended warranty, Stereo and blue tooth, 1 year of XM... and so on.

We looked at what the small startup person might need and included it in the price. Sure there are other office buildings out there that have furniture and coffee. Some have utilities included too. We have a centralized reception and answer phones and transfer them announced or not to your office or to your cell or home, provide internet ten x's faster then comcast, security cameras, buzzer entry, High speed xerox that also emails and scans and faxes as well as copies from your office. Oh, free parking. Notary services free. Web directory and links, secure shredding services. We also include 6 hours per month use of a conference room.

Of course there is more. We really do try to help all the businesses grow. We even provide a list of networking groups... not only the ones that meet in our building, but throughout the community. We have a list of who will cater and how much notice they need.
So tag lines are important: Virtually the best place to start or grow your business!

There are a handful of businesses who do Meal delivery in our area and some of them do it quite well. What makes our business Chef to Go unique is that we are dedicated to incorporating Green business practices in our business. We use reusable coolers with blue ice instead of the standard styrofoam coolers most of the other businesses use. Many of our clients prefer to use Pyrex glass containers for their packaging option. We also offer a recyclable container for those that prefer to not wash dishes.

Our head chef Richard Kost has a degree in Environmental Chemistry and I have a Nutritional Consultant certification along with both of our decades in the Seattle restaurant scene, I think we bring a unique perspective to the foods we make using as many local ingredients as possible. We even grow most of our own herbs.

While we do have many individual clients, our focus right now is on custom recipe/menu development for Gyms and Nutritionists. This will allow those businesses to have their clientele benefit from having prepared meals and healthy snacks that fit their own nutrition philosophy. We are also doing a menu with the food for a beer and wine bar in Everett, Balefire.

Chef to Go will be the flagship business in The Culinary Cooperative which is our large shared use commercial kitchen space that is in the process of being built. Our goal is to have a community of like minded culinary businesses who are willing to give back to the community via food based charities. We will have a non-profit attached to the Culinary Cooperative for community outreach.

Our goal is not to simply be another business in the community but to be a vital hub of activity within the community and to be seen as a positive entity that makes a difference in many lives in our region.
