Subscribe to Introduce your bad indie self 83% of people think about owning a business...7% of those actually do it!

I recently moved my business to Seattle and love working and living here. I'm a franchise buyer's advisor and I don't sell a thing!

A lot of folks dream about transforming their lives through business ownership and my job is to help them avoid start-up mistakes and make the best business decisions BEFORE they sign any contracts or pay any money. Investors, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, homemakers, second-career seekers, people with existing businesses and anyone wanting to ACT on their dreams are better poised for success when they work with this bad indie self.

As a business start-up specialist, I'm always happy to share information and work with other self starters. Let's talk!

wow, the mistakes i made upon startup are so numerous i think it might take days to count them.

but i am so much happy on this path(in spite of its intense, ongoing difficulty) than i ever have been before. what i have learned is, it's better to be out here making mistakes than doing nothing.

owning a biz really changes your outlook and makes me grow. i have acquaintances who hang out at the bar two doors down from my shop. they always try to get me to come hang out with them. ya' know sometimes i even do it, but then i get so bored watching folks in their resouces down the toilet as a lifestyle that i get sick and leave. what do i find fun now? writing blog posts, planning improvements on my website, and generally fighting to raise my visibility in the might G. everyone buys flowers online these days, so rather than whining about that..i am having a blast figuring out how BiZi Bee can become Seattle's online florist of choice.

There are so many rewards in owning a business, congratulations! New startups are often more fraught with complications than franchises, but you and Heather seem to have the passion required for growing your business. We all can use an outsider's perspective sometime and maybe a hand with creating the focus you need to GO BIG. Let's talk!
