Subscribe to Introduce your bad indie self A Business Model to *Awe* Over!

Evergreen Team Concepts was created by geniuses from a far away land. It has become known as one of the greatest training companies known to mankind. We here at the Evergreen Team Concepts think-tank have evolved much further than the species on the outside, and this July 9 & 10 we are coming out of our box to meet and socialize with you at Biznik 2008! Evergreen Team Concepts building teams outside the box.

Evergreen Team Concepts trains in over 100 topics. With multiple trainers to choose from. Onsite or at our Bellingham Venue. Offering the only Lean Leadership Certification in the world backed by the Lean Leadership Institute. We fly the world’s top trainers from all around the world to our Bellingham Venue. Venue Rentals (Biznik Member Discount), including 30-person Computer Lab.

Eight businessmen brought together because of a common destiny.

Forged in the fire, truth the sacred bond of brotherhood.

There are many tales of Evergreen Team Concepts and its founding fathers….

Some say it was created by Midas himself….

Others say Solomon in his infinite wisdom….

Some say these are old wives’ tales….

Um, you mean your prospective customers? They're lesser beings?

    Think you meant Bizjam 2008.

I would like to add the core values to who we are: At Evergreen Team Concepts; our cornerstone is our company's core values. The cornerstone concept is derived from the first stone set in the construction of a foundation. This is important since all other stones will be set in reference to this stone, thus determining the position of the entire edifice which is our organization.

    OUR CORE VALUES:

We are Innovative: We are creators, we are thought leaders and we incorporate solution-oriented thinking in all that we do. We will continuously strive to develop, plan for, and implement innovative solutions for our clients' needs. We see opportunities - not obstacles; we see growth - not complacency; we see innovation - not redundancy; we see success.

We are Creative: Our creativity is what sets us apart from the rest. We bring this passionate energy with us in all our endeavors. Individually we inspire, in teams we synergistically create. We embrace imagination and empower the individual to transfer vision to concept and dreams to reality.

We are Professional: We conduct our personal, business and social lives with ethical professionalism. We are ever-mindful that we are living extensions of our values, and practice these same values with all our clients.

We are Inspiring: We stimulate, we provoke, we influence and we encourage our team members and our clients. We recognize that the greatest barometer for success is measured not by how far an individual rises, but in how many others have risen as a result.

We are Compassionate: We show our compassion through our active community involvement. We continually look for opportunities to serve and help out where possible. Each of our team members believe that we have a responsibility to be good stewards unto our fellowmen. We understand that the only way to truly feel empowered is to first empower others.

We are Dedicated: Our focus and our end goal is customer success. We are dedicated to delivering high-value experiences. We anticipate each day with dedication, determination and dependability. Dedicated to facilitating success for others; determined to create solutions rather than problems; and dependable in the face of a changing world.

We are Committed: We are committed to our team members and their personal, financial and spiritual well-being. We believe that the only way to ensure a successful and fulfilled experience for our team is to create success for our clients through a constant commitment to create continuous growth and continuous improvement.

We are Leaders: Evergreen Team Concepts leads the marketplace with our vision and our unsurpassed quality services. By our tangible example, we empower everyone within the organization to lead where they are. We believe that leadership is a lifestyle not a title. We believe that true leadership does not create followers, but more leaders.

We are Evergreen Team Concepts: Innovative. Creative. Professional. Inspiring. Compassionate. Dedicated. Committed. Leaders.

This forum is unmoderated, but please keep discussion courteous and not too far off topic.
