    Hi Melissa, Is the pie pictured on the website real? It is absolutely beautiful. Can see why the chef chose that business name. I'm doing some work with a Barcelona chef. He's written an e-book about the foodlore of Barcelona Paella for me (FolkHeart Press). I hope you find Biznik a valuable resource. Best, Karen
