It is so easy now a days to act as if you know what you are talking about when in all actuality you are just using information from someone else.

Make sure as a potential home buyer that your home inspector is knowledgeable about the issues that they have posted on networking sites or on their own websites. Many associations allow fellow members to use information that has been written by someone else to use as their own. This would be fine if you were hiring the individual that wrote it but you are hiring someone who just copied and pasted it.
