Hello Matthew; you are going to love Biznik once you get immersed in the culture. I would recommend attending the McLeod Residence event on the 22nd of May. You will get exposure to a lot of Biznikers all at once. Also, take the June class for Networking the Biznik way; the May class is full.

This is not only a way to meet potential clients, but business owners you can refer to clients, friends and family.

This is a very interesting way to meet other professionals from around the country. It is interesting to read the profiles of the people involved with us on this site.

As I deal with mortgage, real estate, insurance, investment and other types of professionals in competitive markets, I am always interested in how they maintain contact with their clients, referral sources and associated. I am amazed at how these professionals leave thousands of dollars on the table by not continuing relationships after the close of the sale or transaction. Continued follow up and building long-term relationships reap life long business with clients.

Welcome to Biznik! There is a great community of lawyers here - Karol Brown hosted a gathering of Biznik lawyers a while back, so keep your eyes peeled for another of those events. In the meantime, the suggestions here to attend an event are excellent - the unique offering of Biznik (in part) is that it bridges the gap between online networking and in-person networking groups - at a fraction of the normal cost!
