Greetings From An Austin, TX Realtor

Dear Biznik Community,

I hope this greeting finds each of you well. I am excited to be a part of the Biznik network, and greatly look forward to learning from experienced entrepreneurial minds. Please allow this short letter to introduce myself. I am a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, and serve Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas. After three years of experience in real estate, I can only say I've learned much...and need to know more!

As a Realtor, I invest much of my time seeking ways to add value to my clients home buying and selling needs. I want the experience they invest with me to be productive and results-oriented. I am confident I can learn further how to achieve those goals from professionals on Biznik. I hope too that I can in return offer any advice that may be asked from you.

As far as the bottom-line with my business, it's not rocket science: Work hard. Know the area and the market. Give clients their deserved attention. Research, negotiate, understand, and explain the transaction. Be confident. Enjoy happy-hour, and repeat.
