Welcome Eric and good luck as you pursue your vision of employment in Minneapolis. I used to live in Nashville and noticed the "Nashvegas" in your job title. I guess you moved or are in the process....For winter (which lasts 10 months, followed by 2 months of HOT humidity, like Nashville) you're going to need the following, a wooly or fur hat , a LONG warm/water-proof coat, Sorrels or other fur-lined boot, and a bag of sand with a small shovel in it (always in your trunk!). ALSO; never drive anywhere without a passenger your own age in the car so you have someone to push when you get stuck. PS: Get rid of your car and buy a Subaru Forrester already dented on all sides. This is supposed to be funny, not intended to offend your relatives. I still have family in the Twin Cities so I take a few liberties. I just realized NONE of this was about business. Oh well. Good luck! Judy
