Hello from SeattleHello all, I'm pretty new to this whole Biznik thing but a good friend suggested I join it. I guess the whole reason I'm here is to meet people in the same field as me, and perhaps find an interesting job opportunity. I worked as a help desk intern for the City of Renton for 2 and a half years but had to leave, and after moving into a much less technical job, I feel that I need to get back into the technical support role. Anyway, just thought I would say hello.

Do you want to start your own computer consulting / repair business?
Do you want a steady phone support job with a weekly paycheck?
Be specific about what you are looking for.... that will make it easier for the world to give it to you! :-)

I'm not quite ready to jump into my own business, but I am looking for a steady job where I can combine my customer service and technical skills to really improve the service of an IT department.
A help desk type job is the most obvious answer, but I am definitely open to any opportunities. I could see myself working in a data center as well.
